Copyright and Trademark Policy

1. Introduction This Copyright and Trademark Policy outlines the rights and responsibilities associated with intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks, owned or managed by AY Creative Lab ("Company").

2. Copyright Ownership 2.1 All original content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, audiovisual materials, and other works of authorship created, published, or distributed by AY Creative Lab, is the exclusive property of AY Creative Lab and is protected under copyright laws.

2.2 AY Creative Lab is the sole owner of all intellectual property associated with Lil'Guins, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, designs, characters, and related brand assets. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Lil'Guins intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any copyrighted material owned by AY Creative Lab, including Lil'Guins, without prior written consent from AY Creative Lab is strictly prohibited.

3. Permissible Use of Copyrighted Materials 3.1 Employees, partners, and authorized third parties may use copyrighted materials, including Lil'Guins assets, only for purposes explicitly approved by AY Creative Lab.

3.2 Educational and non-commercial use of AY Creative Lab's copyrighted materials, including Lil'Guins, may be permitted under fair use principles, provided proper attribution is given and such use does not infringe on AY Creative Lab's rights.

4. Trademarks 4.1 AY Creative Lab’s trademarks, including but not limited to names, logos, slogans, and service marks, as well as all trademarks related to Lil'Guins, are valuable assets of AY Creative Lab and are protected under applicable trademark laws.

4.2 Unauthorized use of AY Creative Lab's trademarks, including Lil'Guins-related marks, without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Licensing and Permissions5.1 Requests for licenses or permissions to use copyrighted materials or trademarks, including those related to Lil'Guins, must be submitted in writing to support@lilguins.com 

5.2 AY Creative Lab reserves the right to grant or deny permission at its sole discretion.

6. Reporting Infringements6.1 If you believe that any content or trademark of AY Creative Lab, including Lil'Guins, is being used unlawfully, please report the alleged infringement by contacting support@lilguins.com

6.2 AY Creative Lab will investigate all claims of infringement and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Enforcement and Legal Actions 7.1 AY Creative Lab reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights through legal means, including cease and desist letters, litigation, and other remedies available under the law.

7.2 Any violation of this policy, including unauthorized use of Lil'Guins intellectual property, may result in penalties, including termination of agreements, access restrictions, and legal consequences.

8. Policy Updates 8.1 AY Creative Lab reserves the right to update this Copyright and Trademark Policy at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Continued use of AY Creative Lab’s intellectual property, including Lil'Guins, following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
